PALMOILMAGAZINE, JAKARTA – On Monday (4/3/2024), the crude palm oil (CPO) tender at PT. Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (KPBN) stood at Rp 12,450/kg, reflecting a decrease of Rp 5/kg or approximately 0.04% compared to the previous Friday’s (1/3/2024) tender at Rp 12,455/kg.
According to Palmoilmagazine.com report from KPBN, the CPO price in Belawan and Dumai was recorded at Rp 12,450/kg, while in Teluk Bayur it was Rp 12,320/kg. Meanwhile, CPO in Talang Duku was priced at Rp 12,250/kg.
In East Kalimantan, CPO was priced at Rp 12,050/kg, but it was withdrawn (WD) with the highest bid at Rp 11,250/kg. Similarly, in West Kalimantan, CPO was priced at Rp 12,100/kg but was withdrawn (WD) with the highest bid at Rp 11,250/kg.

At the Malaysia Derivatives Exchange, CPO prices witnessed a decline on Monday (4/3/2024), mirroring the trend seen in other vegetable oils, alongside a decrease in the Malaysian ringgit.
As quoted from Reuters, CPO reference contract price with the code FCPOc3 for May 2024 at Malaysia Derivatives Exchange got cheaper RM 8 per ton or about 0,2% to be RM 3.958 (US$ 837,49) per metric ton in the midday.
