Last days before President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono abdicates, it seems that it will not run well. There are lots of unsatisfied economical works which will be burdened to the next governmental officers.
For example, in 2013 Indonesia trade balance reached up to US$ 4,06 billions or the deficit reached about 140% from the previous year, which reaching US$ 1,67 billions.
It is clear, the deficit of trade balance becomes the black thing in economy sector in SBY era. It is normal that there are efforts to press the dificits by making four policies in August 2013. On of it was done by cutting off the raw oil imports by boosting the usage of palm oil biodiesel.
It is acceptable if SBY published the policy. Referring to the information from Directorate of Investment Plan and Risk Management, Pertamina, the national raw oil production is always deficit. If in 2010, the national raw oil production reached 949 thousands barrel per day, and the national consumption reached 1,344 thousands barrel per day, it meant that the deficit of the stock was about 29% per day.
Meanwhile in 2020, the deficit stock of palm oil and fuel would be 58% or it would need 960 thousands barrel per day, so that the people of Indonesia would not be lack of fuel.
This condition will spend more money in the state expenditure for the fuel is in the scheme of subsidy. For example, in the State Expenditure 2015, the subsidy in the energy sector is Rp 291,1 billions or it increases 15,3% than in 2014 which reaches 246,5 billions.
