As one palm oil plantation company which runs its business in indonesia , Bumitama Gunajaya Agro Group (BGA Group) convinces that the three main pillars should be implemented in its every operational business. The first one, morality, means that to behave as the law, ethics, and religion norms. The morality means that every employee and workers should not get what he does not belong to. The second, capability, means the ability to do his best to get the best result, be responsible, finish his duty and play the good role to get the goal in the company.

The third, integrity, means the harmony among the mind, heart and action – as the realization of the heart and the mind should be done consistently in any condition. Integrity demands self honesty, obedience to each principle and the value. “In our operation, we should operate based on the law,” Deputy Chief Operation Officer BGA Group, Priyanto P.S recently mentioned to InfoSAWIT in Jakarta. The three main culture pillars push BGA Group as the one palm oil company running the law and increasing the villagers’ economics. The company started its business since 1996 through the subindustry PT Karya Makmur Bahagia (KMB) within 17.500 hectare are in Central Kalimantan. In 2003, the company acquired PT Hatiprima Agro within 4.021 hectare and in 2005, it acquired PT Surya Barokah.

For having the fast development, since 2004, the company decided to make BGA Group. The palm oil company runs its business in Central Kalimantan, West Kalimantan and Riau. It is clear that for the last two decades, the company has been growing fast and becoming one of many biggest company in the national and world level. According to the company which InfoSAWIT gets, BGA Group has cultivated 158.056 (planted area) and 8 palm oil factories within 469 ton/hour production in total.
